My old 2002 Quicken had this feature and it was really useful to do bulk
changes/corrections.

You already have the Ctrl-T (Enter Transfer) popup if you really want to

upgraded to 4.0, I had downloaded the installer, but not gone through the
installation. I was still running one of the testing releases that didn't have
the option. As soon as I upgraded, it showed up.
