The fix is the same for all platforms. The difference is only in where the CSS
file is stored.
See the wiki - search for “GTK3”. That page has instructions and links to file
locations.
(note, a review of the FAQ on the wiki will eventually lead you to that GTK3
page)

Have upgraded to 3.8. The font on the Accounts pages is too small to read
comfortably. But I cannot find any place in Preferences or elsewhere to
increase the font size. Help appreciated.
I see earlier posts giving a fix for Windows. I am looking for advice on how to
fix this on a Mac.

Denz,
Could you share which version or build of GnuCash you are using and in
which operating system? I believe there has been a major change to the csv
importer in recent releases, so there may be a new bug [never happens].

Does assigning it properly on import 2 still result in an improper match with
import 3? (maybe that transaction is pesky for some as yet unknown reason)
Otherwise, you’ve got me stumped then. Hopefully someone else can help.

I thought it was keying off ‘Description’.
Do you mean, in 5 different imports, the assignment is different each time, or
in the same import? (creating 5 different transactions)
Do those transactions have more than 2 splits? If so, do the additional split

The importer is not yet reliable with multiple currencies. Exchange rates are
difficult enough for it to handle properly. I wouldn’t be surprised if it also

It sounds like you did not do the account assignments during the import

The recommended procedure for several reasons (training the importer among
them) is to import in small batches.
For clarity and consistency, GnuCash doesn’t have ‘categories’. GnuCash has

Sounds like a good RFE candidate. Since regular multi-currency import is
currently problematic, I don’t suspect this will get solved any time soon
though. (but maybe solving the standard import will help implement one for
bills/invoices)

Dear all,
I am a new user to GNUCash and I have read the Help Manual [0] and some
popular video tutorials [1]. I have also played around with the software. I
am now planning to transition to use an accounting software for full time.

Hi Samantha,
If you are referring to the ‘Import Bills/Invoices” function, the answer is no.
This function will only post an invoice if a single currency is involved. If
posting the invoice requires a currency conversion, then this function will
register but not post the invoice.

HI,
There was a fiber break in my neighborhood yesterday which took out my
network (and others) for multiple hours. It was eventually repaired and
everything came back. Not much I could do about it. I called AT&T within
10 minutes to work on getting it repaired, but there was a truck at the
