dependency typo.

It's possible/probable that I used the wrong files. In my Download
folder I had a directory gnucash_3.5 and a zipped file (which, to be
honest I didn't notice until Colin's note prompted a careful looking) I
never use the underscore conventi
Did you make sure there were no other similar files already in the
folder you downloaded to and that you downloaded the correct files?

Here's an alternative installation method...it's what I used to install
3.5 this morning.
Follow the instructions to remove version 3.4, paying attention to the
instruction to run
sudo apt autoremove
after removing the three main pa
New user, may be obvious.
For some reason the parent account Liabilities shows up after Income. Income
shows up after Expenses. How do I reposition them?

If you look back just a couple of threads on the list you will see one headed
GnC 3.5 for Disco
In there it also tells you where the files for 18.04 are. The install
procedure is the same.
