I'm running V3.3 on Windows 10.
Every time I balance a savings account with interest,
the interest pop-up does not remember the account for the
interest income from the previous month. Is there a way to have
it remember this so I don't have to specify it every month?

The custom balance sheet (formatted) report that you folks helped my
configure on Linux, my wife now wants on her Windows 10 box.
From my research, it appears that both the config-user.scm file (Linux:
$HOME/.config/gnucash/) and the three report files balsheet-fmtd.scm,
balsheet-fmtd.eguile.s
