Has anyone created a customer report that shows the total sales and also
prints the Addresses? The Customer Summary report is good enough, but, it
only lacks the addresses.

via the bottom right corner’s drag handle.

I entered a bill and process the payment for this bill.
Subsequently, I entered the same bill again and also process the payment for
this bill.
