I fall into the category of "wanting-to-help-but-lousy-at-C-and-scheme".
Your idea is a good one. Python is about the only language i'm
worth anything in. I will consider it for a few weeks. December
is looking pretty hopeless, workload-wise.

I have lurked on this list for several months now. I don't know jack
about C and Unix development, so I have kept my mouth shut. But Linas'
comment the other day about not getting many bug reports made me realize
that perhaps now I can contribute. I would like to run gnucash in
parallel to MS M
