Please accept this patch to provide a working AU Tax Invoice without having

change several defaults. The result from Bug 67008 still requires work to
produce a legally valid invoice for Australia, and we do need this to "work

of the box" for ordinary Australian users.

Commodity Account Patch, Burke***" entries in the code.. It feels
overly complicated, and in a couple years I think we'll lose context as
to "what patch" it was. If it referred back to a Bz Bug# I think it
