GnuCash 2.4.0 released
The GnuCash development team proudly announces GnuCash 2.4.0, the latest
stable release of the GnuCash Free Accounting Software. With this new
release series, GnuCash can use an SQL database using SQLite3, MySQL or
PostgreSQL. I

OK. there is a GUID in the PSL Budget Report so I figured you knew how to
create them.

I think I took the budget report, copied the file, then added 1 to the GUID.

The GUID is just a random number. One way to generate it:
uuidgen | sed -e 's/-//g'
