Micha has versions on launchpad/ubuntu for the recent Ubuntu version. I only
needed libgwengui-gtk3 to get 3.905 to
build. The libgwengui and libgwenhywfar packages are all available vi

you see a bunch of GUIs, e.g Kmymoney would use QT.
For us it is all part of gwenhywfar. But Micha Lenk has split it
already for Debian in a bunch of subpackages:
