I’ve done, and restored patch email.
All of the old un-merged branches are now in a subdirectory zzzoldfeatures and
the old release branches 1.4 - 2.2 are in zzzoldreleases. There were a very few
branches that had no commits on them that I just deleted instead of moving.

I’m going to suspend the patch-recieve-email hook for a while to stop the noise
on gnucash-patches and gnucash-changes while I clean out the old feature
branches. I should be done in less than an hour, and I’ll restore the hook then.
