would add the saying, "you can suggest a lot of things
I just searched through the HACKING file, archives, website and wiki--there's
no set guideline on the column at which hard wrapping should take place, and it
varies from file to file. Do we have a policy on this? If not, I suggest
wrapping at 75 chars and putting a note in the HACKING file.
