BTW, I found the contents (and strings whicha need translation ?)

Are big changes still waiting to be committed, Cristian?

BTW, I'm so much excited that the beta docs page has a link to epub and mobi ;-)
(though there's no epub and mobi file yet.)

Implemented epub generation target.
Implemented mobi generation target.
Makefile.am
Sorry, this patch has some garbage and won't properly run.
I'm currently working on mobi target (and almost done),
so together with mobi target I'll reroll this patch

Right.
If you have Python and Calibre installed,
it'll be easy to automate the build.
(I'll make .mobi rule like so.)

e needs .mobi format one,
maybe she has some conversion tools on her own.
So, here's the summary:
- Support EPUB by default
- We should go without dbtoepub (and Ruby) itself,
and create EPUB with current toolchains.
- Support MOBI by optional
- We will introduce --with-mobi (--wi
y),
but if we merge *.mobi generation as well*,
we can rely on Pyhon and writing dbtoepub in Python is sufficeient.
Minimizing the dependencies are a good way to go,
but we are not neacessarily stoic about using other tools.
I guess, Python is almost a standard tool on Linux and other enveri
our repository because we never used it before, but it can be
> added easily.
Right. If we'll merge stylesheets for EPUB into gnucash-doc repository,
this Ruby script is not necessary, I guess.
I'll investigate it as well.

ocumentation.
Exactly.
We need some notes in README and some tweak in spec file for packaging.
I'll work on that.

Hi,
No one seems to be intereted in this, but
I have pushed some tweakes in build system and push to
https://github.com/sss/gnucash-docs/tree/2.4.1-in-epub-and-mobi
, and you can downloadn .epub / .mobi from
https://github.com/sss/gnucash-docs/downloads .
Thanks,

iliar with de_DE and it_IT,
but as far as I can tell, C (english) and ja_JP ones are OK.
(I felt .mobi format on Kindle 3 is more readble than PDF).
So, I want to share these files with others.
If possible, it's great to distribute these on GnuCash web site.
How do you think this?
