There's no good way to translate from Wiki to PDF
Really? PDF can handle hard links within a document. Reference books with
linearly organized chapters and cross-references have been around since
before the Bible. Understandably, the wiki is spineless and completely
semantic in the way its pages

I frequently overload top level accounts with the same name. The only
requirement is that the accounts are of different type. It allows for
account selection from the ledger in fewer keystrokes. For example,
entering both assets and interest income from the same bank statement.

Newbie here... Hope this isn't an obvious question, but wondering by the
way: Is there a stable trunk of gnucash that contains just the bare-bones,
double-entry core, sans the business features? Would one have to custom
recompile the program from scratch?
