Hi Derek, That was it. I had to create a sub-account of Accounts Receivable that was set to the foreign currency. The program didn't indicate what the problem was at all. It also doesn't indicate the currency on the input forms for invoices or expense vouchers. For your wish-list: I'd like to

Hi, I've built GnuCash from SVN at revision 17714 - up to date to today. I can't post an invoice because the post dialog box isn't taking the value from the "Post to Account" field. I can type something in there, and it does no good. The pull-down list is empty. Thanks Bruce
