Apologies for shooting down you're work so harshly, especially when I'm not

Once 1.9 is compiled and installed in /usr/local can I fink reinstall
gnucash 1.8 and just launch them from their respective locations?

I'm not a GnuCash developer, but moving it to Aqua sounds like a tough task

I'd be happy to set up a demo in my own web space if people want to take a

First, a little Hello,
I'm Adrian Simmons and I've been subscribed to gnucash-user for some time, but
decided I'd come and lurk here for a while, and though I'm only a web geek at
least see if I can help out somewhere. I run Gnucash on OS X via Fink.
