3.x stable release series.

One of the developers pushed a bad commit to the code repo and it
created a weird automatic merge on the maint branch. I intended to reset
maint to the previous commit and force-push it to code. This may cause a
bit of difficulty for anyone who's pulled gnucash-docs between 07:01:01
and 07:18:16 UT
