gnucash-docs AUTHORS: current vs past authors

While releasing gnucash-docs v2.4.2 recently, I noticed the AUTHORS file separates authors in a current and past category. It wasn't clear to me on what basis this distinction is made. Is there some implicit rule to follow when updating this file ? Geert __
