you contributed a script to build webkit on win32 (cygwin). What is the status
of this? Does it work? Apparently, the webkit I built previously (cross-build
on Fedora) doesn't work with the new version of gnome/gtk on win32 so I need to

revision and then insert my changes and then test to see if I had messed up
