This part of the code creates a text combo box to contain the access types
(xml, mysql, sqlite3, ...). Line 234 is:

Works fine on linux. I have no clue.

No. I have upgraded a couple dependencies since I first mentioned
this, but the attached crash log is from gnucash built last night from
18012 with no other updates after.
