is there any chance to get a report with chart where I could see a
profit trend? What I mean is e.g. that I choose a report and it shows me
a chart line for a year including an average amount of all scheduled
transactions (in and out).

I herewith announce gcinvoice, a tool to create invoices from Gnucash
data files using templates.
