Other than that I think the "check here " syntax is
gramatically incorrect and editorial-wise a poor way to do
it, I think using docbook hyperlinks is a good idea.

I have implemented this in the first 6 chapters, and included my patch
for this.
Unfortunately the html output only contains "Chapter 1", but the yelp
output contains "Chapter 1 -- Overview".
It is a lot easier to keep everything synced though, especially when you
start to move sections/chapt

contain a currency amount, like those:

"$15.00"
Are those all only placeholders? If yes, then they don't need to be
translated and should not be marked as trans
