New icons to commit for HighContrast-SVG

Here[1] is a screenshot of new icons I'm going to commit in the next days (plus the version control for placeholders and some fixup to other icons). Details for each icons will be available in gnome-themes/ChangeLog (note that some icons are just an experiment, such ash the theme one). Comments? I
