Matching Java WM_CLASS or matching two WM_CLASS values

Hi everybody, I have a problem with a Java application that sets its WM_CLASS value to either "wm-class-a" or "wm-class-b" (the two real ones are garbage, e.g. java-lang-thread). The application is beyond my control and I can't modify it for setting a saner WM_CLASS. I can install the desktop fil

regarding clock'n'tasks

It just occurs to me that it might come in handy having the clock showing somehow if there are activities recorded for today. Most times I don't really check for it, so I think It could be useful to have reminder on that by just looking at the clock. Best regards, --

Super key event

Hi devs, Why does gnome-shell go into activities view only when the super key is released and not just pressed? (i.e Press and Release super key => Event to go to activities view) And to return back, it is just a press of Super key. What is the design philosophy behind this inconsistency? In my
