gnome-volume-manager is set by default to make banshee run when an audio CD
is inserted. I need to disable this (as a default) so that users can run grip
instead without banshee loading. I can do this for one user in the control

I am trying to create a menu launcher for vim. I want the command to be
something like 'vim --run-in-terminal' but I can't remember or find the
command equivalent to 'run-in-terminal'.
Help or reminder appreciated.

Hi,
Is there a way to keep programs running in the background when their
last window is closed, so they start quickly when the panel launcher
is clicked again?
This would be especially useful for my web browser.
