Committed a patch to Epiphany CVS with a new string "I_con:".

We use "I_con:" as a label for a widget allowing the user to select an
icon for a bookmark
ookmark titled “%s” for this page."

Following Monday's UI review we have committed most of the changes to
Epiphany. User interface changes include almost all those presented
prior to the review, plus some other minor items:
