I'm unable to update orca 2.28 and evolution 2.28 (1 fuzzy string for
Spanish). Every time I try I get that the branch is already up to date.
May I get some help please?

Hi,
After long time we [0] have raised the translation to 80% for Bengali (bn).
Hope to increase it in future releases.
Please include Bengali (bn) as a supported language in GNOME 2.28's release
notes [1].
