Hi,
I've just committed a few string changes to yelp. These are mostly to
add spaces to menu entry titles. There are also a couple of translator
comments added to the more ambiguous entries (from a
translator-looking-at-po-files view).

yelp-print.c: Title of the dialog now marked for translation
yelp-search.c: Error messages are less crypic and (slightly) more
informative. They also no longer contain rubbish I put in while testing
and forgot about when merging :P
yelp-toc.c: Remove the quote marks around "TOC file"
I have added two sections[1] to the data/man.xml.in file that need to be
translated.
"POSIX Functions" and "POSIX Headers"

In toc.xml.in, I've changed "Applets" to "Panel Applets" and added the
strings "Preferences" and "Administration". Just trying to keep up with
the panel and menu changes.
