IIRC it's a soft string freeze. Strings can be changed but they have
to be announced here just as you did, so thanks :-)

I'd like to make a change to gnome-games now, which adds 9 new strings.
A file was forgotten in POTFILES.in, and therefore the strings in it were
not added for translation. Would this be OK to do?
