Unhappy with the previous vagueness of soon having three different
packages providing Exchange connectivity in Evolution, I've clarified
the user-visible account type descriptions in Evolution's Account Editor
with regard to server versions:

Hi All,
Added two new strings in evolution-mapi to display the progress status
when downloading and caching the GAL. Translator comments added in
