- clutter moved from external dependencies to current development
platform
- cogl added and placed in current development platform
- folks added in external dependencies release set

accerciser and gnome-devel-docs are now part of Development tools
category.

Hi translators,
It's final[1]: evince replaces ggv and gpdf for Gnome 2.12, and
another addition is Gnome Keyring Manager. Services Admin tool,
included in Gnome System Tools is also included, but you have probably
already translated that as part of g-s-t.
