GNOME itself does not ship any local files. IIRC these are included in
glibc. Feel free to file a ticket at http://sourceware.org/bugz

I finally came round to making this locale. I've installed it on my
system and played a bit with "Geany", and it seems to be working. Can
someone else here examine it and let me know if its good enough to
pursue inclusion into GNOME? I guess this also means I need to start a
