PST-Import plugin was committed for 2.26 It adds in some new strings
and UI. The Importer for Evolution would add in another option for
importing .pst format files. Screenshots are available on the bug.

Hello,
I wanted to announce a small UI change that was made in the Preferences window
of Evolution. Earlier, we had a tiny button with a custom image to launch the
timezone selector. We now have a button with an appropriate label.
