I branched Empathy for GNOME 2.28. Stable branch is now "gnome-2-28" and
master is for the work toward GNOME 2.30/3.0

I added accelerators on 2 strings for the "New Conversation" buttons. I
suppose such little change are still OK since the String freeze is on
September 1st.
