I've recently submitted a patch to Meld that makes
some very small changes to UI text: it fixes the
punctuation for a few strings in the preferences
dialog.
The maintainer and myself are a bit unsure how to
proceed with this from the point of view of
translation.
The patch changes about half
What is the correct way to notify the translation team
that a manual might not be worth them working on?
(for example,
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=348935 )
Or is it considered that an out of date manual
translation is better than none at all?
I've left BIG comments in DocBook source
Bug-Buddy's interface has changed so much that the
entire manual is going to be scrapped.
I don't know yet what is coming in its place, but
basically, don't bother translating it.

The documentation covering how to give feedback to
GNOME and report bugs has been moved. Full details are
in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335968 ,
but basically, the material has been merged into the
GNOME User Guide.

translate it?
This is something that should be translated for
cultural purposes rather than meaning. Other languages
have their own pangrams that ar

In the manual for the Clock panel applet
(gnome-panel/help/clock), I've added a note about the
12 hour option not being available in languages that
don't use that time format.
The consensus on the gnome-docs list was that the
12-hour option should be listed in the documentation
even for those
