little under 80% coverage:

menus that let you choose different characters when using an input
method. We got some early feedback that we'd like to address with
these, basically by changing how the popups are themed. This is

I just pushed an amended version of the high contrast image to the 3.4
release notes (named rna11y-high-contrast.png). There's no text in it
and the subject of the image hasn't changed, so it won't affect
translations.
