GIMP 2.10 branched off

Hello, Yesterday, we moved development of GIMP 2.10.x to the 'gimp-2-10' branch. The 'master' branch is now open for the ongoing work on the GTK+3 port. Since this branch is not production-ready at all, we recommend sticking to translating the 'gimp-2-10 branch' until further notice. Best regard
