Hello everyone,
Currently whenever a developer commits a change in a module in the main
GNOME moduleset we get a warning via this mailing list.
This is extremely useful:
- This keeps the string freezes and prevents excessive breaks;
- This immediately informs translation teams.

Works for me, many thanx. I used it to generate mailable statistics for
our team.
Stats look like this:

This breaks the XML API! Currently what it generates is not even XML!
