I'd like to request a string freeze exception for gnome-panel to bring
the user menu more in line with the GNOME Shell 3.6 user menu.

I don't know if gnome-tweak-tool is covered by the string freeze or not.
In any case, I just pushed a patch that adds a few UI visible strings
that were previously not marked by translation by mistake. It's my
understanding that this does not require approval, so consider this a
FYI.
