as far as I can see, the new DocBook manual of the nautilus-actions
configuration tool seems to be ready for translation (different opinions

The following strings were added:

Hi,
I'm planning to release Rhythmbox 0.13.1 at around 09:00 UTC on
September 5. Strings are frozen until then. There haven't been many
string changes since 0.13.0, so quite a lot of languages are nearly
fully translated already.
