I added a couple menu items to expand or collapse all viewable
attachments at once in an email message. See bug #271691 for details.

To me, db and Hz are the same category as €, ＄, m (meter), ms (millisecond) or
kg (kilogram), which don't have a plural.

hi there!
for the gnome-video-effects, all translation already go into the .effect
files, so the installed po/gmo files are not needed.
does anyone know a way how to translate the effect files, and NOT
installing the po/ directory?
(removing the LINGUAS file does not work ;)
