assigned to "Extra applications" or better to "External dependencies".

Hi all,
I've just updated the gnome-video-effects translation, but some of the
strings need some more explanation:
Chrome > the glossy metal, or a specific color scheme?
Ripple > how appears this?
Sboel > should be "Sobel" (like the effect file name), but what is it?

Why did you start from an empty repo, instead of starting from the
