Timestamps for PO file at l10n.gnome.org

Hi All, As far as I know, damned-lies use intltool-update to update the po files and place them at http://l10n.gnome.org/ intltool-update updates the header and specifically the fields "POT-Creation-Date" "PO-Revision-Date" However, I do not see this in several examples, such as http://l10n.gnome
