Problem with change l10n of gnome

I'd like to change l10n. I've change in global file LC_ALL & LANG to new localisation and in .bash_profile. If I log by vt it's all ok, but if I log to gnome it use my old l10n(even locales). What an I doing wrong? Thanks in advance ___ gnome-i18n maili
