Well, yelp only shows the table of contents. The introductory
texts for the release-notes.xml page are lost. The same happens
to C/release-notes.xml, too

But, adding "topsrc_dir=../" to po/Makefile seems to make
"intltool-update --pot" work.

It seems that currently, fantasdic causes problems when used with
intltool-update:
$ cd fantasdic/po
$ intltool-update --pot
Cannot find top_srcdir in Makefile. at intltool-update line 917.
