Tiny gnome-panel string change

Hi, I forgot to announce a string change I made a few hours ago in gnome-panel: "File not found" => "Icon not found" This string is just part of an error dialog displayed on the terminal. Nobody should never see it since it probably means gnome-icon-theme is not installed when we need it... Than
