May I introduce myself. My name is Hannie and I am a contributor
(translator, reviewer, author) for both Gnome and Ubuntu. I am
coordinator of the Dutch translation teams (see 1 and 2 below), and team
lead of the Ubuntu Manual Project (3).
Since Ubuntu (17.10) has decided to drop Unit

not get the lock screen curtain, as described in *gnome-user-docs*. When
I press the lock screen button, I get the log in screen. The reason may be:
1. I am using an older version of Ubuntu-gnome (the latest LTS version)
