Ok, i found my error now.
A file in ~/.local/share/gnome-do was the problem. After deleting the

hmmm. well i just installed the banshee plugin, but it is not what i
was hoping. just right-click commands that i can do just as easily
from the panel.
something like this would be better:
http://blog.zaft.be/2007/12/gnome-do-banshee-goodness.html
but I don't have time to look into installing

Can you run Do from the command line with --debug? My guess is that it will
complain about not being able to find the indexer library and you will need
to run the following command in a terminal:
cp ${prefix}/lib/banshee-1/Banshee.CollectionIndexer.dll
~/.local/share/gnome-do/plugins-0.8.1.2/addins

This is already implemented but you need banshee from SVN. The code is in
the do-plugins tree. If you want to enable it you need to mod

I'm trying the banshee beta plug-in, so far it works fine.
Are there any plans to manage my media library directly trough this
plug-in (ala rhythmbox plugin)?
Another thing, could you make the banshee actions available with an
arrow to the right and not just with TAB (firefox bookmarks*). Bot
The Banshee plugin is just a beta. I can't get it to work properly
either. Expect improvements soon, but there is nothing reasonably you
can do now to make it work.
