The latest and most speech friendly is the April 2005 release.
To read the entire web page you need to use the carrot browsing which
can be turned on with f7.

I don't believe so, but I'm afraid I'm not a Fedora expert... However, the
URL I pointed to below *is* built for Fedora (3), so you should be able to use
it on Fedora Core 4...
