On an Ubuntu system, I did something like this for our VMware Workstation /
Player automation:
mv gksu gksu.orig
ln -s /usr/local/bin/gksu-polkit /usr/bin
and after that everything worked as expected with accessibility :)
Additional conf:
In /root/.orbitrc
ORBIIOPIPv4=1
ORBIIOP

Could you please tell me what happens if I install it? Will it replace the gksu dialog that appears when choosing an application that requires root privileges from the System menu? If I have to call it from terminal, I can continue

If you use gksu-polkit, you will not see the issue.
