I'm afraid the performance of Firefox is very bad with AT-SPI2.
We need to fix it before end-user gets it.
Firefox tries to send children-changed event for every child add/remove,
AT-SPI2 tries to update the whole children set when it gets a children-changed
event.
I'm wondering if there're enou
k_bridge_init".
backtrace should show where it is called.
Are there debugging symbols available for the builds you provided
earlier, or do I need to setup a firefox build toolchain?
Thanks,

If you have debug symbols for Firefox and at-spi, you can run firefox
with "-g", and set breakpoint in "atk_bridge_init".
backtrace should show where it is called.

Hi Petra,
For Ubuntu 6.06, you need to set GTK_MODULES to empty before starting
Firefox (1.5.0.x).
Like this,
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$export GTK_MODULES=
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$firefox
Or you can download firefox 2.0 beta.
I think currently firefox doesn't work well with gnopernicus flat

Oops, please ignore my last mail.
The trick is the image must have an accessible name.
Sorry, for the spam.

I thought GOK can only recognize hypertext but not an AtkObject with
ROLE_IMAGE.
How would we solve this problem from either GOK or Gecko?
Any idea?

For instance, I am not sure how traversing the accessible object
hierarchy will work when we mix objects from different toolkits.

How can I get valid AtkObject* of file-picker without setting

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Could you make sure he knows that the solution of removing

in order to make other important applications accessible.
